AllMyMoneyForYou Terms of Service
By signing up and using the AllMyMoneyForYou WebSite you agree to all Terms and Conditions set forth in this Agreement. AllMyMoneyForYou may, at any Time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this Agreement and impose Changes without prior Notification of its Affiliates. Affiliates will be informed of any and all Changes to this policy via a Message in their Account. If any Modification is unacceptable to an Affiliate, the only Recourse is to terminate his or her Membership. The continued participation in the AllMyMoneyForYou WebSite following our posting of a Change in Policy Notice or new Agreement on our site will constitute binding Acceptance to the Change.

Responsibility of Affiliates:
Affiliates must be 18 Years of age or older to participate in this Program. Affiliates are not allowed to signup from Countries where the AllMyMoneyForYou Website is prohibited by local Governing Laws. Only Affiliates from the following Countries are eligable to own an Account:
Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, NewZealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States
Accounts opened on or after August 26th 2007 from any other Country will be terminated. Accounts opened prior to this Date will not be terminated if unless there is an Abuse of AllMyMoneyForYou's Terms of Service.
Affiliates must use their own real Name and E-Mail Address and may not assume a False Identity. Affiliates may not sign-up multiple Times with different E-Mail Addresses. Computer, PayAccount, ISP and Adress must not be shared with another Individual that has an existing AllMyMoneyForYou Account. Affiliates have to choose which Keywords they select. There are bad ones to avoid, if checked the Account will be suspended. If three or more bad Keywords have been chosen the Account will not be reinstated. If a suspended Account Holder has not contacted AllMyMoneyForYou within 7 Days the Account will be purged from the Database.
Affiliates will use their E-Mail Address or Username and Password Combination to access their Account. It is an Affiliate's Responsibility to keep this Information confidential, they may change this Information by logging into their Account and following the "Account Info" Link. Affiliates are solely responsible for any and all Use of their AllMyMoneyForYou Account.
Should any Instances of Fraud, System Abuse or any Type of Activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by an Affiliate, it will result in Account Termination and possible legal Action.
Affiliates must maintain their E-Mail Account used when signing up for the AllMyMoneyForYou Website. Affiliates agree to receive E-Mail Advertising from AllMyMoneyForYou.
In the Event your E-Mail Account on File becomes closed or blocked to Messages from AllMyMoneyForYou, the Account will be set to Inbox-Only. This especially applies to E-Mails returned for being full. Affiliates using Auto-Responders will be terminated immediately.

Relationship of the Parties:
Affiliates and AllMyMoneyForYou are independent Contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any Partnership, Joint Venture, Agency, Franchise, Sales Representative or Employment Relationship between Affiliates and AllMyMoneyForYou. Affiliates understand that they do not have Authority to make or accept any Offers or make any Representations on behalf of AllMyMoneyForYou. Affiliates may not make any Statement, whether on their Website or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this Section. Affiliates are solely responsible for the Reporting and Payment of any Taxes for Money earned while using this Website.

Limitation of Liability:
AllMyMoneyForYou will not be liable for lost Profits, lost Business Opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential Damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or the AllMyMoneyForYou Website, even if AllMyMoneyForYou has been advised of the Possibility of such Damages. Furthermore, AllMyMoneyForYou aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total Fees paid or payable to Affiliates under this Agreement. The Provisions of this Section survive Termination or Expiration of the Agreement.

Payments:
Affiliates may earn by receiving Paid E-Mails and visiting Advertisers' Websites. Affiliates will earn a Percentage from what their Referrals earn but will not be paid for the Process of referring a new Affiliate to the AllMyMoneyForYou Website.
AllMyMoneyForYou will pay Affiliates when their Balance reaches 0.50 USD and the Affiliate does not wish to hold those Earnings. Once the Affiliate has reached this Minimum he/she may request Payment. Payments will be made within 60 Days.
Handling of Payments of Affiliates having bought an AnnualAdPackage or holding a License will be explained in the Update of Terms of August 26th 2007 below. Payments of all regular Affiliates will be paid without Delay as Funds allow.

Spam:
Affiliates may not promote their Referral Links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. Spamming), Newsgroup Postings, or any other method of Mass Communication. Neither are they allowed to send unsolicited mailings to AllMyMoneyForYou. Failure to comply will result in immediate Termination of the Affiliateship with AllMyMoneyForYou and may result in legal Prosecution. AllMyMoneyForYou strictly enforces Anti-Spamming Laws. Spamming is a federal Crime. Any Affiliate caught spamming will not only have their Account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future Earnings and Referrals, but shall also be held liable for spamming as we shall cooperate with any Authorities and Investigations that may arise from the spamming Incident.

Advertisments:
AllMyMoneyForYou is not accepting any Advertisments for:
Sites which...
promote gambling, wagering, Bingo or any other kind of Games of Chance
promote Drugs, illegal Medicines, Alcohol, Cigarettes or any other Narcotics
promote Racism, religious Fanatism or any other kind of harm of Human Rights
promote Google Fraud, Warez or Serial Numbers for Software
No:
AutoSurfSites which are based on Investments
PaidToReads that are clearly unsustainable
Randomizers, HYIPs
AdultSites
Free20/CPABet/Neoffic/InstantPTP Ads
NonEnglish Websites (Except for the targeted EmailAds and PaidToPromote-Rotator-Views)
Websites that contain Zero-IFrames
Furthermore, AllMyMoneyForYou is allowed to alter any Advertisment, that:
Is untrue/contains wrong Information
Grammaticly incorrect/contains Spelling Errors
Uses Phrases like: "This is no Cheat Link" - this will be removed
Furthermore any ads may be rejected at any time if they are inappropriate.

Addition as of January 29th 2007:
If an Affiliate bought a PTP License and clicks on 3 Cheatlinks or violates the Rules in any other Way, this Affiliate will forfeit his/her account including all Earnings, Referrals and the License and future Purchases of a new License will be denied.

Addition as of April 3rd 2007 / Update as of August 26th 2007:
Requirements to use the PaidToPromote Feature:
-> A License or an AnnualAdpackage needs to be purchased to be granted Access
-> A monthly Minimum (see Definition of monthly Minimum below) of Email-Ads needs to be clicked (see Definition of Emails-Ads below)
Definition of Emails-Ads:
-> Worth $0.00035 / $0.0005 / $0.001 / $0.0025 / $0.005 / $0.0075 / $0.01
-> PaidToClicks are not counting towards the required monthly Clicks
-> Each member gets guaranteed Emails (15 a Day / 450 a Month)
Definition of monthly Minimum:
-> If an Affiliate earns $0.01 to $1.00 in a particular Month the Minimum to click are 50 Email-Ads
-> If an Affiliate earns $1.01 to $2.00 in a particular Month the Minimum to click are 75 Email-Ads
-> If an Affiliate earns $2.01 to $5.00 in a particular Month the Minimum to click are 100 Email-Ads
-> If an Affiliate earns $5.01 to $9.99 in a particular Month the Minimum to click are 200 Email-Ads
-> If an Affiliate earns $10.00 or more in a particular Month the Minimum to click are 300 Email-Ads
General:
-> Each Affiliate is given the Option to check their RealTime-Stats in the Member Area (go to your PaidToPromote MainPage please)
-> A License does not expire if all Requirements are met and therefore is lifetime
-> After an AnnualAdpackage expired the Affiliate may keep the included License
-> Credits from frequently inactive Accounts might be removed anytime if the PTP-Earnings are unreasonable compared to the Direct-Earnings by an Affiliate
-> If the monthly Minimum is not met in a Month the PTPFeature was used in, the Account Holder will be fined $0.20 (deducted from Account Balance) on the 1st of the following Month
-> Not meeting the Requirement for three Months will result in the License to expire - the Purchase of a new License will be denied
-> If for any reason a Member does not click the required Minimum in a certain Month and is not using the PTP-Feature for the whole Month, no fee will be deducted and this Month will not be taken into Consideration when enforcing the above Rule
-> If an AnnualAdpackage-Holder is not meeting the Minimum for three Months, only the Access to the PTPFeature will be denied, all other Priviledges won't be changed
PayOuts:
-> PayOut Requests of AnnualAdpackage- or License-Holders may be held until the last of each Month to check if the Requirements have been met
-> If the Requirements have been met the Request will be paid without Delay as Funds allow
-> If the Requirements have not been met the Request may be canceled and according Actions taken Vacation:
-> Setting an accout to Vacation while contuining to use the PTP-Feature will not exclude any Accounts from being fined
Reward:
-> Each AnnualAdpackage- or License-Holders who clicked the particular Minimum in a certain Month is allowed to send in a NonPTP-Link (Link also needs to be complient with the Advertising Policy) through the TicketSystem for 5000 free Impressions in the PTP-Rotator
Exemption from Monthly Minimum:
-> Each License- or AnnualAdpackage-Holder may purchase an Exemption from the Monthly Minimum -> One Exemption can be used for one Month only and there is no limit on how much Exemptions a Member can purchase
-> Every Exemption comes with free advertising and is available on the Advertising Page
-> Purchasing an Exemption will not replace the neccessary clicking to keep an Account active as per the 39-Days Activity Rule

Addition as of May 1st 2007
The AllMyMoneyForYou Website is Cash-Only. Points will be used to catch Cheaters. Clicking Point Links equals clicking on Cheat Links and Accounts will be canceled if an Affiliate has 3 Points / 3 Point-Clicks on his/her account.

Addition as of May 9th 2007:
Affiliates are not allowed to bookmark URLs linking to the PaidToClick-Section(s) - if doing so and clicking on CheatLinks there will be no Accounts restored and all Earnings and Referrals forfeited. It is Affiliates' Duty to click on the Link listed in their Account-Menu to be forwarded to the appropriate PaidToClick-Section.

Addition as of August 26th 2007:
To purchase an Annual Adpackage someone does not need to be an Affiliate. The Annual Adpackage will be extended by each Month in which no Advertising has been submitted, however submitting only one Advertisement will count as submitting the Total of Advertisements for this particular Month and there will be no Extension. Violating the Terms of Service results in forfeiting any Claims.

Addition as of January 10th 2008:
Each Member may claim a free AdPackage
In order to claim it, the Account must show $0.15 in Direct Earnings (does not include Commissions earned from Referrals or PaidToPromote Earnings)
The Advertisements will only be processed if the Affiliate has clicked 50+ Email-Links in a certain Month
If those 50 Email-Links have not been clicked in a certain Month, the Ads will be rejected without a refund
If an Affiliate submits unacceptable Advertisements, these will be rejected without a refund
The free Ads of this AdPackage may be claimed for as long as the Affiliate is a Member of AllMyMoneyForYou (Cheating of any kind does forfeit these free Ads though)
Only Claims through the SupportTicketCenter will be honored
The free AdPackage consists of (monthly):

Addition as of May 22nd 2009:
Any program that is sold without an at least 7 days prior notification to it's members and paying those members in full who wish to leave before the transfer to the new owner takes place, will be banned from all advertising for a period of at least six months. After six months the program may be removed from the banned list if there are no known problems with the management of the new owner. Banning includes removal of the PTP approved list after 7 days of acknowledgement of the sale by the Owner of AllMyMoneyForYou, in order for members to have a reasonable time to change their advertising. Once a program is unbanned, the regular requirements for PTP-Approval apply.
Additionally other PTR-Websites owned by the previous owner at an unacceptable transfer of ownership will become banned as per the exact same rules the transfered program became banned.

Addition as of August 3rd 2009:
AllMyMoneyForYou reserves the right to refund any AdvertisingPurchase if the Advertisement is deemed unappropriate or AllMyMoneyForYou does not wish to do business with a certain individual.
For AlertPay and PayPal a full refund will be issued including PaymentProcessor Fees, for LibertyReserve a full refund will be issued excluding PaymentProcessor Fees. Addition as of February 1st 2010:
If in AffiliatePage Holder is renewing their AffiliatePage which contains Advertisements for Sites that have been banned during the lifetime of the existing AffiliatePage, the AffiliatePage Holder is required to provide a replacement for affected ads with their payment in order for the renewal to take place.
